We ship all orders within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Your order will be processed within 1 to 5 business days depending on the governorate, in partnership with Bosta.
Delivery might be delayed during holidays due to high demand or shipping company delays.
You can choose express shipping (same day or next day in Cairo & Giza) for an additional fee.
Shipping fees vary depending on the governorate.
Delivery time:
- 24 to 48 hours for Cairo & Giza.
- 3 to 5 business days for other governorates (excluding Friday).
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.
Shipping cost is paid in advance to confirm the order (via e-wallet or InstaPay).
Customers have the right to open the shipment in front of the delivery agent.
If the shipment does not match the order, the company bears all return costs upon receiving shipment photos via WhatsApp.
